Refund policy

 

Please note that SO BÔ does not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with eligible returns and exchanges, subject to the terms outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy below.

Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full price:

  1. For exchange, please drop us an email to  sobosoyou@gmail.com with your original order number along with details of exchange.
  2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)
  3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.
  4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
  5. We do not provide reverse pick-up services.

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within 3 Days of receipt. Kindly contact us at sobosoyou@gmail.com and we shall review your request.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
